I usually don’t write reviews but i feel like it is rare these days to get great service. My wife and I have bought and sold two homes with TJ. The first was a great experience; when we needed to move quickly and I wanted to hit the market with a lower sale price he convinced me we could go higher and he was right - we had multiple offers all over asking. The second home is why I am writing the review. The house we wanted was up for sale due to a divorce between the home owners. It was a Contentious situation to stay the least. TJ navigated the craziness all the way through, keeping my wife sane through the ordeal while still keeping the process moving. To say it was an unusually event, it involved court ordered sale , an assigned selling agent and a potential squatter (not kidding). If TJ wasn’t there with us every step of the way, we would have moved on. Instead we got a great deal on our dream home and have loved it ever since. I would highly recommend him and his company.
