Nashville's Biggest Development Yet: Nashville Yards
Downtown Nashville has changed quite dramatically over the years, and the future sees no slowing down. Anchored by the all new Amazon Campus, Nashville Yards will feature a 24 story Grand Hyatt Hotel, which will include 591 rooms. Event space will be added, along with dining, bars, a rooftop lounge, and pool deck overlooking the city. Skyscrapers will front a park along the stretch of railroad tracks that borders the Gulch.
The company behind the massive build is San Diego based Southwest Value Partners. Estimates suggest the total cost to exceed $1 Billion. In addition to the residential and commercial districts being created along 10th Avenue, MGM Resorts International has plans to build a 4,000 seat entertainment venue, which is slated to include a club, bowling alley, hotel, shops and a movie theater.
According to renderings. The overall theme and aesthetic will be brick and glass. We are excited to see the progress, and we will continue to update as we learn more.
